Shopon bhai was unable to make it to the meeting and therefore, the publication briefing that was supposed to be held as mentioned in the agenda, could not take place. Rifat took the floor instead. Welcomed everyone after the new years, including a few new members that include Nizam and Tanveer bhai. The finalised logo for Projonmo (as posted on the forum before under the topic "First meeting of 2006") was shown to all and met with no objection. Some of the upcoming events for projonmo was outlined for everyone. The first one being, the show on January the 20th, (2006 of course!). The next one being a community event which is probably going to be Spring cleaning day in April. In May we have the TSS show on May 21st, who have already booked Projonmo for performing there. A couple of events that are planned for the summer are: a carrom tournament, a picnic and some more maybe decided as we get nearer.

After Rifat, Suman bhai took the floor and raised concern about the mode of communication between the members of Projonmo as many are not responding well to the medium of the forum. He also reiterated the need for everyone to submit the fees for Projonmo as projonmo has a running cost and it cannot run without the funds. Suman bhai, then went to the details of the Jan 20th show, which is going to be in Swagat/Sawgat Banquet hall which is at Woodbine and Steeles, dinner will be served at around 8 - 8:30 pm and the actual show does not start until 10:00 pm, yes it is a pretty late show. Suman bhai chose some performers for the show on that day. Non-performers that want to attend the nite would need to BUY coupons, for which they would need to contact Suman bhai. The last one hour, rehearsals took place for the show and they will continue the next week, on Jan 15th, 2006. However, we will still have the meeting as regular, a short one, just before the rehearsal. So everyone does need to be there and those who haven't already, please do bring the fee for Projonmo for the next quarter which is Feb, March and April.
